Red Snapper With Mustard Caper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or more red snapper fillets
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. oil (canola or light vegetable)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. drained capers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Combine sugar, mustard and salt.
    Beat into egg yolks.
    Put in blender and mix, gradually adding oil 1/4 teaspoon at a time until thick and creamy.
    Add lemon juice, capers, and onion.
