Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 large can whole tomatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain.
Pour into casserole dish.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder and rice.
Stir well.
Pour tomatoes and juice over top.
Bake for 1 hour, covered.
