Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1 c. seafood cocktail sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded light Mozzarella cheese
    2 (4 1/4 oz. each) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained (may use fresh shrimp, cooked and drained)
    3 green onions, sliced or chopped
    3/4 c. finely chopped tomato
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Spread on a 12-inch round serving plate.
    Cover with the seafood sauce.
    Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions and tomato.
    Cover and chill.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
    Serve with Triscuits or Hi-Ho's.
