Vegetable Beef Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. pepper
cooking oil (for frying)
Preparation

In skillet, cook beef, sesame oil, garlic and pepper until done; drain fat.
On medium heat, add cabbage, oyster sauce and onion.
Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is 3/4 cooked.
Add carrots.
Cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; let cool.
