Ingredients
    2/3 c. instant potato flakes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut-up frying chicken, skinned
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease or line with foil, 15 x 10-inch baking pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
