Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided into 1/2 c. and 1 c. portions
    1 beaten egg
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. lasagne noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Mix the beaten egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Brown the beef with the onion.
    Add the spaghetti sauce; cook about 5 minutes.
    Mix the Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasonings.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, put 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of uncooked noodles and 1/3 cheese mixture.
    Make 2 more layers with cheese mixture on top.
    Push away from sides of dish; pour water around edges.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
