Manhattan Deli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. spiral pasta
1 1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped red or green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut in strips
1 small red onion, sliced and separated in rings
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. capers
3/4 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions.
In a large bowl, combine olives, pepper, salami, onion, cheese, parsley and Italian dressing.
Add pasta and toss well.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Best served same day.
