Giant Ground Beef Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 loaf French bread (whole; not sliced)
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Slice top crust off bread.
    Hollow crumbs from the center, leaving only the side crusts.
    Mix ground chuck, onion, bell pepper, Ro-Tel, mushrooms and crumbs from inside of bread.\tPut ground chuck mixture inside loaf of bread.\tCover with cheese. Put top crust on top of mixture.
    Wrap in foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Slice and serve.
