Beef With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed beef
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 chopped onion (small)
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook beef in melted butter for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Add onion, mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Cook slowly for 10 minutes.
    Add water.
    Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
    Makes own gravy.
    Great over rice.
