Spicy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cubed
    1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 pkg. taco flavored Doritos
Preparation
    Mix together soups, milk, tomatoes, onion, pepper and chicken. Start with taco chips and make layers in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole of taco chips, soup mixture and cheese.
    Make 2 to 3 layers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
