Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boxes frozen green beans (French style or cut)
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook beans; drain well. Cook onions in butter until wilted and tender but not brown. Add mushrooms. Add flour; mix well, then add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese; stir until smooth. Add seasonings and mix in beans and chestnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
