Rhubarb Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. strawberries
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
    2 c. rhubarb
    1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 (9-inch) pastry pie shells
Preparation
    Slice strawberries.
    If frozen, thaw partially.
    Do not drain juice.
