Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 large onion
4 large stalks celery
5 eggs
1 clove garlic
Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation

Wash and really scrub potatoes.
Chop into small bite-sized cubes.
Place in medium sized saucepan.
Cover with water and bring to boil until potatoes are almost soft.
Hard boil eggs and place to side to cool.
Chop celery and onion into tiny pieces. Crush garlic and mix with potatoes.
Chop hard-boiled eggs and add to salad.
Add vegetables.
Mix/toss well.
Add dressing to taste. Let salad stand in refrigerator until cool.
Add a little more dressing and toss before serving.
