Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can enchilada sauce
    8 oz. salsa or tomato sauce
    3 c. grated cheese
    12 oz. corn tortillas, broken into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion.
    Mix together with remaining ingredients and 2 cups of the cheese.
    Place in baking dish and top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
