Jalapeno Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Swiss cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. sliced jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Shred cheeses and mix together.
Slightly beat eggs and pour onto cheeses; add peppers.
Spread in an 8 x 8-inch pan for thick fudge or a 9 x 13-inch pan for thinner fudge.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into squares.
