Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chickpeas, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. reserved liquid from chickpeas
1/4 c. olive oil
2 or more garlic cloves
Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender to desired consistency.
Mixture should be a paste, but neither dry nor soupy.
If necessary, add more liquid.
