Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. biscuit mix or more
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. Cheddar cheese or more
8 oz. cream cheese
Progresso bread crumbs
jalapeno peppers (20 medium, more or less)
batter (egg and milk)
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix, raw sausage and cheese to form batter.
Fill pepper with cream cheese.
Cover with biscuit, sausage and cheese mixture.
Dip in batter; roll in bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
Cook and freeze.
Heat and eat.
