Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium and 1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    4 chicken breasts, poached in water to doneness, deboned and pulled apart with a fork
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add tomato puree and spices and mix well.
    Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Set aside.
