Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil (may use light olive oil or half olive oil and half vegetable oil)
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
    2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced in half
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except the garlic cloves in a 2-cup jar and seal well. Shake the jar until the sugar and salt are dissolved and ingredients well mixed. Add the garlic cloves and refrigerate until ready to use.
