Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/4 c. water
    4 flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    shredded lettuce
    sour cream
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and green pepper; drain.
    Add soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water. Simmer.
