Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (burrito size)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 can sauce into a 9 x 13 pan.
    Place 1/8 of the browned beef into a tortilla; add cheese, then roll up the tortilla and place into pan.
    Continue until all 8 are complete. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
