Salmon Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked, cooked or canned salmon
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    cracker or bread crumbs (to make a stiff mixture)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pack into a loaf pan.
    Cover the top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
