Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold sweet potatoes, mashed without butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in the coconut.
    Spoon into a 2-1/2 qt. baking dish.
    Combine the brown sugar, flour, pecans and melted butter for topping until well blended and sprinkle over the potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
