Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
1 onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In heavy skillet, heat cooking oil until hot.
Add rice and stir until browned.
Add ground beef and cook until red is gone and meat is almost done.
Add onions and peppers and saute for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
Add enough water to keep it from sticking as it cooks.
Cook until rice is done.
