Sandy'S Buttermilk Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unbleached white flour
1 1/2 c. stone ground cornmeal
1/2 c. or less sugar (or eliminate)
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten well
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Beat egg in smaller bowl and whisk in butter slowly, until mixed well.
Whisk in buttermilk.
