Great Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
4 c. diced apples
1 c. walnuts (if desired)

Preparation

Batter will be thick.
Mix together thoroughly eggs, sugar and oil.
Then add soda, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and flour, mixing again.
Add apples and nuts; mix well.
