Meat Ball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beef with 2 tablespoons of soup mix and milk; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 1-inch meat balls.
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Brown meat balls; remove pan from heat.
    Stir in flour, remaining soup mix, water and parsley flakes.
    Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in sour cream until thoroughly blended.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
