Cocoa Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously grease and flour 12-inch Bundt pan.
    In large mixer bowl, blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan to wire rack.
    Cool completely.
    Drizzle with chocolate glaze.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
