Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 c. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. broth
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Broil chicken until tender; remove chicken from broth and debone.
    The remaining broth is for your dumplings.
    Mix flour, egg yolks, shortening, milk, broth and 1 teaspoon salt together. Mixture will be like a dough.
    Add additional water, if necessary. Add 1/2 stick of margarine to the remaining broth.
    Roll out the dumplings in flour; cut in strips.
    As you put the dumplings in the broth, pull them a little so that they won't be too thick. Add the deboned chicken.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
