Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chicken broth
2 bunches broccoli (clean, cut up and reserve flowerets)
1 medium onion, cut up
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
2 cans evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put chicken broth in large pot.
Add broccoli and onion (frozen broccoli can be used).
Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are cooked.
