Whole Wheat Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. kelp
    1 tsp. Italian herbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. molasses (unsulphured)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
    When it is dissolved, add to it 1 cup flour, kelp, Italian herbs, oil, honey and molasses; beat well.
    Stir in the rest of the flour to make a stiff dough.
    Cover; let rise 30 minutes.
    Punch dough down. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Brush tops with melted butter if desired.
