Wanda'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean beef
1 head lettuce, broken or cut into bite size
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium purple onion, sliced
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 (8 or 9 oz.) pkg. corn chips (plain or cheese flavor)
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Brown beef; drain.
Cool to room temperature.
Mix lettuce, tomato, onion rings, cheese, beans, celery and oregano.
Toss well.
Break corn chips into small pieces.
Combine beef, chips and Italian dressing.
Add to salad mixture.
Toss.
Garnish with the parsley.
Serves 6.
