Chicken Salad With A Twist - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. small shell macaroni
5 c. cooked chicken
1 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in wedges
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sliced ripe olives
2 c. peeled, seeded and diced cucumbers
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tsp. pepper
salt to taste (if needed)
Preparation

Cook macaroni following package directions.
Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni.
Cool.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
Stir in chopped onion, olives, cucumber, celery, pepper and salt (if desired).
Add to macaroni mixture.
Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
Serves 14 to 16.
