Cantonese Shrimp And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen large, raw shrimp, deveined
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. slant sliced green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Thaw frozen shrimp.
    Dissolve instant bouillon in boiling water.
    Heat oil in a deep skillet.
    Cook onions, garlic and shrimp in hot oil over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in salt, ginger, pepper and green beans.
    Mix well, then cover.
    Let simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until beans are crisp cooked.
    Stir cornstarch in cold water.
    Add to shrimp mixture.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Serves 6.
