Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Place oil, eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat well.
    Stir in flour, soda and cinnamon into egg mixture until well blended.
    Fold in vanilla, carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts, blending well.
    Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Have the glaze ready to pour over the hot cake.
