Ruth'S Crab Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, baked
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Halve potatoes.
Scrape out potato; reserve skins.
Whip butter, milk, salt, pepper, onion and cheese with electric mixer. Add potato prep and mix thoroughly.
Fold in crab meat.
Refill skins and sprinkle with paprika.
Reheat at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
