Cucumber Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. cream cheese (one 8 oz. + one 3 oz.), softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    1 c. peeled, seeded and grated cucumbers
    white sandwich bread
    cucumber wedges and fresh dill for garnish
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Squeeze excess moisture from cucumbers and add to cream cheese mixture. Spread on bread shapes and garnish.
