Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chop suey sauce
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery; cook slowly for 20 minutes. Cook rice is salted water; drain with cool water.
    Combine all ingredients; bake in casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
