Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (Monterey Jack can be substituted)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. instant grits
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can jalapenos, diced
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine grits and water.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
