Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans chickpeas, drained
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 to 8 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
pita bread, cut in wedges
Preparation

In a food processor or blender, combine first five ingredients and blend.
Drizzle in olive oil with processor running.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes approximately 2 cups.
