Upside-Down Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fruit with juice
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
butter (size of an egg)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat fruit with juice, berries are best.
Mix other ingredients in pan or bowl you plan to bake in.
Pour the fruit mixture over the batter.
When it is baked, the fruit will be on the bottom and the cake on top.
Watch the ingredients carefully as there is no egg in it, only the butter the size of an egg. It's fun to make and saves on cleaning up bowls.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
