Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease, flour and line tube pan with wax paper.
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, beat thoroughly.
    In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add flour mixture and milk to creamed mixture (alternating flour and milk, mixing well).
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
    Use toothpick test to determine doneness.
