Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add celery and onion.
    Saute until tender. Lightly grease a casserole dish.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
