Parmesan Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley (if using), garlic salt and pepper.
Set aside. Dip chicken pieces in salad dressing and dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Place dredged chicken pieces in dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken tests done.
Juices will run clear when meat is pierced with a fork.
