Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 2 frozen deep-dish pie shells
1 large pkg. crushed Mozzarella cheese
1 large pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 large onion, chopped in chunks
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped in chunks
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Saute onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini until color brightens.
Season with salt and pepper and drain in colander. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook empty shells until they are lightly golden.
Line pie shells with Swiss cheese and then tomato slices. Fill with vegetables.
