Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    3 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 (No. 2) can bean sprouts
    1 (No. 2) can diced carrots
    1 (No. 2) can French green beans
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
    1 (No. 2) can English peas
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 head cauliflower, in very small pieces
    1 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 dash Tabasco
Preparation
    Drain all vegetables and put in large bowl.
    Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Tabasco together.
    Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate overnight.
