Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. lemon juice
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine, melted
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and flour together well. Add lemon juice slowly and mix well. Slowly add melted margarine and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
