Fast Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flounder (4 or 5 small fillets)
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. dried chives
Preparation

Place fish in 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate.
Pour milk over fillets. Dot with butter and season with remaining ingredients. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Serves 2 to 3.
