Jack'S Favorite Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. country-style boneless pork \"ribs\"
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

In a 6-quart stockpot, boil 4 quarts of water. Add ribs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
