Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    10 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, blend egg and 8 tablespoons sugar.
    In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Alternately add flour and milk to egg mixture; beat well after each addition.
    Stir in 3 tablespoons melted butter.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Turn batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched.
    Brush top with remaining butter.
    Cool in pan on a wire rack.
